Download the forms and take them to the office together with a photo in passport or selfie format with a light background. You can also send the signed documents and scanned with the photo by email .

Payments can be made in cash at the secretariat or by clicking on the PayPal links to use the PayPal account or credit card. We also accept bank transfers, ask for the IBAN at the secretariat.
